The internet is a great place to find information, AND misinformation. There is a lot of stir about HR 2454 – the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 (Cap and Trade Bill)– and the impact it will have on real estate investors. The claim being made is that for every home sale, there will need to be an inspections and the house cannot sell until it meets certain energy criteria.
